As always, very helpful, Charlotte! I hope to get back to some sort of routine with the WIP and other projects soon. It wd be a relief to have that as a staple again. Thanks!

What's the saying about the longest journey starting with a single step? It reminds me of the gratitude practice I started years ago to help heal clinical depression--which on a lot of days was coming up with one tiny thing that I could be happy about/thankful for. It made a difference. It added up. And like the 900 day walking woman, whether it's around the block or a marathon, it counts. Thank you for this reminder - I'm in query hell at the moment and your posted definitely lifted the weight. :)

It does indeed speak to everything else in our lives, doesn't it? Thanks, Sandra!

This is so true for me, too. One of the biggest (and best) changes I made in my writing career a few years ago was to carve out time to write 5 days a week, even if it's just an hour or two. I don't always hit that mark lately because I think I don't have enough time to make the writing count--but this is a great reminder that even a few minutes can be beneficial. Thanks, Charlotte!

I would LOVE an unstuck session on a particular song which has eluded me. Would that count for being unstuck? And I will gladly sing your praises everywhere even without the unstuck session.

Yes! Let's do it! A song that eludes you definitely counts. And I know you already sing my praises far and wide, so thank you! I'll DM you.
