When my folks were still alive and anyone asked them what they wanted for Christmas, the answer was simply “peace”. Oddly enough, that’s all I want, too.
Wouldn't that be lovely? I wish for it as well. But also that my grandchildren are safe and healthy and happy. And a world at peace for them to grow up into would be the most lovely of all.
I bought my planner yesterday when I was in a small Devon village with lots of nifty shops. I, too, am earnest about my journal at first, then it goes to a shambles! But I’ve decided that stuffing my various museum postcards and ephemera into it is a form of diary-keeping 😉 oh dear!
You win the planner game because buying it in a small Devon village is worth all the points! You'll remember that fun day every time you open it. And stuffing it full of ephemera definitely counts!
