I do know some people who panic when they don’t get an answer to an email right away!

I do know some people who panic when they don’t get an answer to an email right away! But that is an unrealistic expectation — I feel a couple days lag is just fine. And I envy you not having a smart phone in many ways. I do love mine, but I really have to work not to constantly be looking at it. And I’m much better than a lot of people about it!
