Happy Holidays (A Love Letter)
Spoiler: There's very little content in this post except a cute photo of a pug
Mindset, motivation and inspiration for novelists—with a dash of instruction about writing craft added in. There’s no one approach to writing that works for everyone, but I can help you find what works for you. Subscribe (free or paid) to get the fuel you need for your writing career. And don’t miss the holiday sale currently going on! (I’ve just extended it until Christmas Eve.)
Dear lovelies,
If you’re anything like me right about now, you’re deleting emails unread left and right. Because, as you read this, it’s Christmas Eve and there’s gatherings to attend, food to prepare, and again, if you’re like me, still more presents to wrap. Or maybe you’re having a lovely solitary Christmas and don’t feel like dealing with the outside world.
So you can go ahead and delete this. All I’m going to do is wish you Happy Holidays because I know today is not a day that most people want to read about writing. (You might not have had time to write lately, let alone read about it).
You will, however, miss the adorable pug picture that’s coming up.
I love you all for following me and I hope you are having the best holiday. I’m looking forward to 2024 (with a new titanium knee!) and have great plans for this newsletter. All of them geared to supporting you in your writing and inspiring you to get to the page.
Okay, here’s the pug picture. Why a pug picture? Because getting a pug is on my wish goal list for 2024. (Haven’t yet broached the subject with my cat Captain, though.)
I’ll see you next week, on New Year’s Eve. With Thoughts.
Love, light, and good writing,
Charlotte
